#innovativeblr provides event production services and the rental of audio, visual, lighting, staging and related event technology equipment. Product images on the website are for representation only; the actual equipment, brand or model may vary based on availability.

• Rentals are subject to availability for the requested dates, quantity and location.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or written confirmation for custom quotations).
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where equipment is unavailable or where details cannot be verified.

Prices shown on the website are the rental charges for the stated duration (for example, "per 12 Hours" or "per Meeting"). Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery, setup and other charges may apply and will be shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time; the price applicable to your booking is the one displayed at the time of confirmation.

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be added as shown at checkout. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and verified. We do not store your card or banking details.

Where applicable, we deliver, install and test equipment before your event and dismantle it afterwards. You agree to provide safe access, adequate space, power and any permissions required at the venue. Timings for delivery and pickup will be mutually agreed.

• Equipment remains the property of #innovativeblr at all times.
• You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until it is returned to or collected by us.
• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and operated as instructed.
• You are liable for any loss, theft or damage to the equipment while in your possession, beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellations must be communicated to us as early as possible using the contact details below. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• More than 48 hours before the rental start: eligible for a refund, less any payment-gateway charges and costs already incurred.
• 24–48 hours before the rental start: up to 50% of the booking value may be retained.
• Less than 24 hours before the rental start, or no-show: the booking is generally non-refundable, as equipment and resources are already reserved and allocated.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Custom event packages and quotations may carry separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of the quote.

For larger events, quotations are provided based on the information you supply. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

We take care to provide reliable equipment and professional service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
