Shipping / Delivery Policy

We primarily deliver and provide services in Bengaluru and nearby areas. Deliveries to other locations may be arranged on request and may attract additional transportation charges, which will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.

• Where applicable, our team delivers, installs and tests the equipment before your event, and dismantles and collects it afterwards.
• Delivery and pickup timings are mutually agreed based on your event schedule.
• You agree to provide safe access, adequate space, power and any venue permissions required for delivery and setup.

Delivery, setup and handling charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout or included in your custom quotation. Charges may vary based on the equipment, quantity, distance and on-site requirements.

For selected items, self pick-up and return from our premises may be available. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and timing.

We make every effort to deliver on time. In rare cases, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, venue access or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed and work to minimise any impact on your event.
